When Janelle got horses years back, I was so excited and couldn’t wait to interact with horses regularly and get my kids comfortable around them. Through the years we have fallen in love with horses, but especially Tilly & Alibi! When my daughters found out Janelle was going to start giving riding lessons they were immediately excited about it and said YES to lessons. At the beginning of their lesson, Janelle asked them what their goal was for the lessons, and they both said “to ride like you!” Janelle did an awesome job teaching my girls (ages 8 & 10) how to interact with the horses and it really helped build up their confidence with them. She had my daughters take turns with both horses since the horses have very different personalities, and it was great to see them become more comfortable throughout the lesson. Looking forward to more lessons in the future with Janelle!

I’ve taken a few lessons now through Rocky Acres Riding, and each experience has been amazing! Janelle is knowledgeable, professional, and fun. Farm Days
Get your boots on for Farm Days @rockyacresriding.
From April to October (weather permitting), come out and get up close and personal with our furry and feathered friends. Feed, groom, and bond with our lovable animals—it’s the perfect way to get your hands dirty and enjoy a few hours on the farm!
Groups of 4-10 people (All ages) $15 a person
Ages 2 and under are free
50% deposit due at booking. Free cancellation with 48 hours notice.
